The grilling zone separators allow you to better control the cooking temperature for the different zones. The Suggested Retail Price of $2199 is a great retail price point for the features and makes this a grill not only a pleasure to use but easy to afford. The RCS grill also offers the optional infra-red lower burner which is one of the hottest options available in recent years, perfect for searing your favorite meat. Our test model grill was set up for LP gas; we enjoyed cooking a variety of meats and the heat zone separators help to control heat while cooking several items at the same time. The RCS grill also boasts a limited lifetime warranty. If you're in the market for a quality but affordable built-in grill, this is definitely one to consider.
