It’s a very well built, polished design with a lot of features; a great choice to compliment your Alfresco built-in grill. We would like to see a protective railing on the back and sides of the shelf to prevent glasses from falling off during usage. This unit has a small, single ice bin so the consumer must choose between clean ice for mixed drinks or drinks on ice. Because of its small size, we recommend using it for clean ice and purchasing a separate, more basic unit for beers and soda drinks on ice. We would also like to see a cover for the condiment tray. Remember, this is for an outdoor kitchen and insects can be a concern. No one wants to see bugs on their lemon, limes, etc.

A very well built polished design to match the Lynx series grills and accessories. This unit packs a lot of features into a small space. We would like to see a protective railing on the back and sides of the raised shelf to prevent glasses from falling off during usage. This unit has a small single ice bin so the consumer must choose between clean ice for mixed drinks or drinks on ice. Because of its small size we recommend using it for clean ice and purchase a separate, more basic unit if you want beers and soda drinks on ice. We would like to see a cover for the condiment tray for the same reason as on the Alfresco model. The major differences between the Alfesco and the Lynx models are the reverse location for the sink and bottle speed rail, and the front blue LEDs and water filtration system available on the Lynx model.

A well designed and functional unit. It does not have as polished of a finish as the Alfresco or the Lynx but the two separate ice bins make it very convenient. The primary purpose of a cocktail pro is drink preparation. The addional ice bin allows for both drinks on ice and clean ice for mixed drinks. This is preferred to the single bins of the Alfresco and Lynx models. This additional ice bin comes in lieu of a small sink. We have found that consumers prefer to install a seperate sink rather than a seperate ice bin. A larger, more funtional sink with pullout type faucet is preferred over the very small sinks included in other units. The condiment tray cover is also a nice feature, protecting your lemons and limes from insects. For added safety, the raised shelf sports side walls to prevent glasses from falling during usage.
